Needs Analysis

On-Going Support

One criteria we measure ourselves by is the responsiveness of our support.  If you have a problem, whether a basic reporting issue, software bug or your system is down, we are going to be there for you, not only during the day, but at night and weekends too if you select the emergency pager option on a support plan.  Urgent phone calls are returned promptly during the workday.  You are the customer, we are the service provider, and we never forget that.
